WAIVER

By signing this application, the undersigned understands that the Vietnamese Spring Festival & Parade, Inc., hereinafter called "VSF" does not provide coverge for the food or services that the vendors offer to the customers. The vendor is self-insured or has purchased insurance coverage for the foods or services that the vendors offers to the customers. The vendor further agrees that he/she will not hold the Vietnamese Spring Festival & Parade, Inc.,its Board of Directors, its members, staff, volunteers, sponsors, the City of San Jose, or any other individuals responsible for accidents, loss of personal possessions, damages or incoveniences of any nature whatsoeve. VSF reserves the right to deny the application and/or to cancel the booth reservation for any reason whatsever without advance notice.
