With this understanding, I/We further agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless the Vietnamese Spring Festival & Parade, Inc., its Board of Directors, its members, staff, volunteers, sponsors, the City of San Jose, or any other individuals from and against any and all claims, losses, injuries, suits and judgements arising from, or in connection with my/our successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators, and any other persons or entities who/ which may have a claim based on my/our personal injuries and/or property damage. I/We further understand and agree that the Vietnamese Spring Parade is televised and all participants in the parade relinquish all present and future television, video and photographic rights by virtue of their appearance. Furthermore, I/We have read and agree to abide by the Vietnamese Spring Parade guidelines and rules. |
